Alelie De Castro - Operations Manager
Alelie De Castro has been the Operations Manager of GCC Events since the companies inception in 2008 her Key responsibilities include managing the administrative, operational and financial aspects of the company.
With over 10 years of local and regional event management experience, Alelie uses her trademark skills of problem solving, creativity and flexibility to assist clients in their crew day to day needs.
Karen Beaton - Managing Director
Karen has worked in the Live Entertainment Industry for over 15 years delivering some of the regions largest and most complex events, shows and festivals. She has extensive experience in Show Production; Artist Management, Event Operations, P&L and Teams Management. Previous roles include six years as Project Director for Live Nation Middle East. Karen has a diverse and hugely successful live event track record, which includes The Emriates Airline Jazz Festival, Redfest DXB, The Formula 1 after Race Concerts, The Doha Tribeca Film Festival and The Volvo Ocean Race to name but a few.
Brad Manser - KSA and Qatar
Brad has a varied background originating from South Africa, he was involved in the film and television industry for many years. Working both behind the camera as an assistant director, and in grips, he transitioned into the stunt industry and became one of the leading stunt riggers in the late 90's and early 2000's.
After leaving the industry, he worked in the Oil and Gas industry an offshore rigging project manager, and then moving into operations and getting an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School.
"One of my most full filling projects was as Head Rigger for the La Perla project in Dubai. We installed all the original flying rigs, the sliding doors, and ensured that they were all safely in place."
Brad is responsible for GCC Operations in KSA and Qatar.
