Gulf Crewing’s greatest assets are its crew and their performance. No matter what their experience or specialist skills, all our crew members are fully trained by us before we allow them to become part of our team. Our induction course covers the skills you need and expect from your Local Crew, and at every stage the Gulf Crewing ethos of professionalism, performance and a constant attention to Health & Safety is underlined and reinforced.

Our aim is to provide an exceptional crewing service so that our partners and clients won’t look elsewhere for their future requirements. We achieve this by following a few simple rules:

We listen carefully to the needs of our clients and monitor carefully the changing nature of our industry and the skill-sets it demands. We continually review the performance of our teams. Crews are monitored by our Crew Chiefs and both are scrutinised via client feedback and by a regular management presence on site. This feedback loop allows us to reward superior performance, remedy mediocrity, and constantly refine our training and performance programmes.
